The hotel's location was ideal, being quiet, centrally located, close to the town, highway entrance.

The room was nice and modern, with a large size, a beautiful bathroom, mountain views, a safe box, a sofa bed.

great breakfast and the staff was excellent. had comfortable location in the town centre. the view was great, the service was terrific.

We had a really great time in this best western hotel in Voiron. The double room was new-fashioned with balcony, a view of the mountains, for example. The location was particularly good for traveling around Voiron, near a business park, directly accessible from Junction 10 on the A48, restaurant, and the slopes.

The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the wifi works well here.

I have stayed here some 2 years ago, and now the hotel starts to feel its age. The room did not feel clean enough, although it was not so bad. The free internet worked well. Good size room (dbl) and bathroom, nice flat tv. Breakfast ok.

Catered for my family of five in one room. Clean and spacious . Hotel staff really very attentive and helpful.

Room was cold and they had a heater in it to help. Children were given a blanket on their bed and not a duvet.

Re: Room 14 - wi-fi connection in hotel lobby and hook-up of laptop in room disaster..most of the time no connection possible - still no cleaning of room second day at 4 P.m !! incredible ...forgotten by hotel staff....bathroom insufficiently equipped for handicapped persons - no support bar - no foldable chair in shower on wall - extremely low mirror only suitable for wheelchair user - neglecting the fact that in most cases there is in a double room a second non handicap person together with the wheelchair person.... Furthermore not every handicapped person is a wheelchair patient (I use a crutch..only one hand free) - not a single shelve in the bathroom to put something on - towels placed on wall but not easily reachable from the basin for handicapped persons - could not find socket in bathroom for electric shaver - no dust bin available in bathroom - water tubes etc. visible under basin - repairs not finished - tiles not replaced...kitchenette in room absolutely of no use - no refrigerator...no utensils, nothing at all....I Paid for superior room...but my experience as explained above was far from satisfactory to put it mildly.. Wonder what the hotel will do about my complaints??

The air conditioning and heating in the spacious rooms were great, and the stunning mountain view was marvelous.

We chose it as it was close to Grenoble Airport, as we had an early flight. It was a lovely relaxing place to stay with very comfortable beds and it was very easy to find.

Great stay for Easter! We had a comfortable room with a neat and clean bathroom. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist us with our needs. The check-in and check-out processes were super quick, allowing us more time to enjoy our vacation. We also enjoyed the fact that our room had good heating, perfect for the chilly April weather.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. The room lacked sufficient lighting, with only three dim lamps.

We were impressed that check in in was allowed to be so late. And staff before and during our stay were helpful about the much needed booking of a taxi.

The room was absolutely freezing, even after we had attempted to switch on the heating! We mentioned it to staff in the morning, but no compensation offered.
